About US
Joe was born in 1949, in the heart of India, Bombay. Growing up with a passion for cooking and following in his fathers footsteps Joe began working in local “tandoori joint” as an apprentice chef. Very much considered taboo for members of the Indian society, but he preserved.
Soon, however, the intoxicating smells of the charred meats began to attract the curious people of India into these small roadside eatery’s. More and more people began to taste the flavours Joe was cooking on the open charcoal pit and tandoor and word quick spread around about the delicious flavours packed into each dish. Now Joe has arrived into Bingham, bringing all his years of experience and secret ingredients to the people of Nottingham.
